On April 4, 2025, Dongguan Jingmao Hardware and Plastic Co., Ltd. obtained a patent for "a fan frame hot runner no water nozzle injection mold". The mold uses a pouring cylinder to high-pressure inject the rubber material into the core component, without forming water nozzle material, without the need for later processing. The pouring is uniform, improving production efficiency and reducing material waste. On the same day, Dongguan Jiayou Plastic Hardware Electronics Co., Ltd. obtained a patent for "an injection mold for the production of right ear shells". The molded right ear shell can be cooled in a water storage tank after demolding, and the cooling process can be automated by controlling the inlet pipe through a liquid level detector.
